Overview

In 2004, APL partnered with Seiyu / Walmart to develop a shopping center anchored by its first supercenter in Japan.

The shopping center development was completed in 2007 and was leased to approximately 60 tenants, resulting in a diversified and unique tenant mix. This value-add property management was made possible because of the expertise we developed in undertaking the Sun Street Kameido project.
