Focus Teleport

Overview

In 2020, APL acquired the Focus Teleport multi-tenant office complex in Berlin. Completed between 1989 and 1992, the campus consists of six buildings and includes underground parking.

The office complex is located in a sought-after office location in the Moabit district on the banks of the Spree River. The property is fully leased to companies active in the insurance, technology and IT sectors.
