Tokyo Bay Tokyu Hotel

Overview

In December 2014, APL purchased a 22,000 square meter parcel of land adjacent to Tokyo Bay near Tokyo Disney Resort, which attracts over 30 million visitors per year. The vision was to build a high-rise hotel to accommodate the projected growth in those resort visitors. To achieve this, APL selected Takenaka Corporation for architectural design and construction and Tokyu Hotels for operations.

In May 2018, the vision was realized with the opening of a 638-room, 18-story hotel – the only bayfront hotel in the Shin-Urayasu submarket.
