In 2019, APL made its first investment in Europe, a six-building office complex in Berlin’s Charlottenburg-North, an area strongly favored by government and technology tenants.

In addition to its convenient location, the asset is highly attractive due to its size, flexible floorplans, and its “Gold” WiredScore rating for its high-speed fiber-optic cabling – the only building in its submarket with this rating. The vast majority of contracted office space is leased to AAA-government/institutional tenants.
